- Books: Access to processed insights from 10,000+ non-fiction books
2.2 What We Don't Provide
Knoww is not:
- A full-text book reading platform (we provide atomic insights, not complete books)
- A substitute for purchasing original books (we encourage buying from authors)
- Professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
- A file storage or backup service
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use Knoww, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Use a strong password and keep it confidential
- Not share your account or allow unauthorized access
- Not create multiple accounts to abuse our service or promotions
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Maintaining the security of your login credentials

- Team: Multi-user accounts with collaboration ($199/month or $1,990/year)
- Enterprise: Custom pricing for white-label and on-premise deployments
4.2 Billing and Renewals
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice via email
- No refunds for partial months or unused time (except as required by law)
- Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe
4.3 Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from your account settings
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No prorated refunds upon cancellation (unless required by law)
- Educational and student discounts are non-transferable
4.4 Free Trials and Promotions

- KONCEP™, NodeCore™, and Universe™ trademarks and branding

- Design, UI/UX, and all visual elements
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Knoww for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
6.2 Source Content Rights
Books and original works processed by Knoww remain the property of their respective authors and publishers. We:
- Have licensing agreements with publishers for content processing
- Do not claim ownership of the original works
- Provide attribution to original authors in our insights
- Encourage users to purchase full books from authors and publishers
6.3 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create on Knoww (notes, highlights, annotations). By using our service, you grant us:
- A license to store, display, and process your content to provide our service

- The right to back up your content for disaster recovery
We do not claim ownership of your personal notes or use them for training AI without consent.
